About Me

I am not only a certified personal trainer and nutritionist but also I have been driving 18 wheeler from the last 4 years across Canada and the US. Even before that I used to do deliveries in town and work as a cashier at burger king. I completed my business diploma in Canada.

 

I belong to Tarn-Taran, Punjab. I am the oldest kid in my family. I had more responsibilities on my shoulders. So whatever actions I have to take I have to take wisely. In my lifetime until now, I never had beer or alcohol. I don’t even know what quantity people put soda in alcohol but I can tell you how many calories are in that soda. I think the drinking part is covered by my dad Lol.

 

I was 15 years old when I played volleyball at the State level and since then my feet are in the sports area. It’s been almost 9 years that I have been working out and many people ask me how do I manage all this. Well in a simple way I would say it’s all about time management and priority. My dad used to say “whatever thing you’re gonna prioritize, will be yours one day. Embrace the journey, celebrate every small victory, and remember: progress, not perfection. Let’s inspire each other to become the best version of ourselves through the power of determination and self-love’’.💪

YOUR SFD PROGRAM IS TAILORED ACCORDING TO YOUR DAILY LIFESTYLE, keeping in mind simple and effective food and exercises, providing you with the guidance and support you need to reach your desired results.

The SFD program is personalized just for you. Weekly check-ins are scheduled on a specific day and will include weigh-ins, measurements, and a set of questions. These check-ins enable your coach to address any concerns and celebrate your achievements.

Most of us need human support and accountability to reach our fitness goals. Unfortunately, traditional personal training services are prohibitively expensive for most. Kickoff gives everyone access to all of the benefits of a 1-on-1 relationship with an expert personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.

Working with a personal trainer online through text message, app, and video can be a far more efficient way to get the results you’re looking for. You spend less time and money coordinating schedules with your trainer, and more time focusing on your daily workout/nutrition plan, and overcoming any hurdles you face.

To help you improve, they’ll provide a weekly meal plan and check in as well to find out how you are doing. If you have any specific diets you’d like to follow (i.e; intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, or other), they can help you with those too.

Any kinds of workouts that you would like! Let your coach know what your favorite types of exercise are – whether you’re into HIIT, barre, yoga, weight training, running, swimming, rowing, bootcamp, hiking, biking, or anything else you can think of. Your coach will build your favorites into your plan.

It’s great that online workouts have given so many people access to better fitness options, and if you’re consistent about doing the right ones, they can be very effective. But no one-size-fits all program can deliver the same results — or consistency and accountability — that a program that’s designed specifically for you can. Working with a coach makes sure you’re doing workouts that will actually deliver the results you want, and gives you the accountability that only comes from working one-on-one with another human. Fitness also needs to be holistic – nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play a huge part in how you reach your goals – and a trainer can help you address all the components you need to succeed.
